Information for Parents

Pupil Development Grant
The school uses its Pupil Development Grant to provide additional Learning Support Assistance to pupils.  This provision includes additional work either in small groups or individually in areas such as reading and spelling.  Further support is given in class.
Professional Learning Grant
School is using its grant to support work in preparation for the new curriculum.  This includes staff attending Consortium Curriculum Engagement sessions.  It also allows staff to work collaboratively on school improvement tasks.  School also has an educational consultant leading staff training in January.
The following links to educational resources have been selected with the aim of helping parents and carers support their child's learning. We hope you find them useful.
The file below contains a list of apps that the children are used to using in school that help support the child's learning in a fun way.
